Welcome to VEIL Salon & Co. By booking an appointment through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are in place to ensure the best possible experience for all of our guests and team members.

Appointments and Cancellations:

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. To respect both, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost, and missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged in full. Some services, such as color corrections, extensions, or bridal bookings, may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

 

Services:

Our goal is for every guest to leave feeling confident and cared for. If something doesn’t feel right, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. While we do not provide monetary refunds for services, we will gladly arrange a complimentary adjustment with your stylist whenever possible.

 

Products:

We proudly carry products chosen for their quality and performance. If you need to return or exchange a product, we accept them within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened products, brushes, combs, and tools are final sale. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days, and we’ll happily replace or refund them as needed.

Care and Responsibility:

We take the utmost care with every guest. Please let us know about any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service so we can keep your comfort and safety top of mind. VEIL Salon & Co. cannot be held responsible for reactions or outcomes that occur if information is not disclosed.

The content on this site—including our name, logo, and imagery—belongs to VEIL Salon & Co. and reflects our brand identity. We ask that it not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission.
