Refund Policy

Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt. To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, opened products, hair brushes, combs, and tools are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the product has been inspected and approved, and may take 3–5 business days to appear on your account. If a product is damaged or defective, it must be reported within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for replacement or refund.

Because our services are time, artistry, and experience-based, we do not issue monetary refunds. If you’re ever not fully in love with your result, please reach out to us within 7 days of your appointment so we can make it right with a complimentary adjustment. Adjustments are performed by the same stylist whenever possible, unless management approves otherwise.
